ROSLYN SKATEBOARD PARK
(The Patrick Kerr Skatepark at Roslyn Park)

10/10/09 at 10:00 am - The  official Grand Opening of the Patrick Kerr Skatepark at Roslyn Park. Bring you board, helmet and pads and join other township residents in opening this new facility. The Skate park is located on Anzac Ave in Roslyn.   (  Susquehanna Road to  Hall Avenue just after Roslyn Elementary School and then make right on Anzac  )

.6-08    A skateboard park may be coming to Roslyn soon! Possibly as early as August 08 ....?

In Roslyn Park, off Anzac Ave, there is a site being considered for the new park - and monies have already been approved.  Costs originally estimated at 90,000 are now estimated to be over 120,000 .  Possibly as much as 150,000 with the Township promising a match on funds earned by residents & boarding enthusiasts . On May 8  the Board of Commissioners approved 20,000 . And a $10,000 grant has been procured by Josh Shapiro from the state.
